Board of Directors

Glenbrooke Daycare Society is a registered not-for-profit entity under the Societies Act. Our Board of Directors is made up of parents and guardians of children who are enrolled at the Glenbrooke Daycare. Board members volunteer to provide daycare management support and guidance on financial, corporate governance, and operational matters. The Board of Directors are elected at an Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in joining our Board of Directors, please contact our daycare manager.

Member Families

All registered families are members of the Glenbrooke Daycare Society and have the right to vote at our AGM. Sustainable governance of Glenbrooke Daycare is important for members and staff. We are proud to be a long-standing society-run not-for-profit and have established volunteer requirements to allow Glenbrooke Daycare to thrive for years to come.

Parent involvement is essential to the Society’s goals and objectives. Beyond serving on the board, member families can join board committees,  assist in organizing fundraising events, and contribute to work projects.
